Q: ARE MY ORDERS REFUNDABLE?
A: UNLESS A LARGE AMOUNT OF NOTICE IS GIVEN (90 DAYS OR MORE DEPENDING ON EVENT, MORE MAY NEED TO BE GIVEN) KITCHEN & DELIVERY TEAMS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOUR ORDER, PLUS BOARDS HAVE BEEN PRECUT, TREATED AND BRANDED FOR YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER. NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN AND RAIN CHECKS MUST GIVEN AN EXPIRATION DUE TO VOLATILE MARKET PRICING.
NOTE: All Deliveries Are Coming Out Of Our Downtown Location.
Deliveries and set-ups outside of San Antonio are subject to additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to, Fair Oaks, Boerne, Floresville, Lytle, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Gruene, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, 78261, Castroville, Kirby and others taking drivers outside of our delivery area. These fees go directly back to your driver/set up artist to cover their time and fuel. No gratuity is included.
